About Us

Mental health is at the core of this brand. We accept that all of us are damaged in some way or another. We are taking it one day at a time. We are all in this together.
We champion free thinking and being in non-judgmental spaces. We accept all who are on the spectrum — experiencing mental health challenges; big or small, external or internal. This is something that needs to be addressed on all levels of gender, ethnicity, sexual preferences and/or beliefs.

RESOURCES

Things can affect you at any point in the day or next, leaving you feeling that you are alone and there is no one to talk to. We all need support sometimes and that is nothing to be ashamed to admit. There are tons of organizations designed just to help you get through those hard times; made specifically for us.

Below is a (growing and changing) list of organizations that can help you — ranging from therapy, ways of prevention to coping with the loss of those we've lost along the way.

We are not alone. Understanding that sometimes these feelings won't just go away on their own; there are people out there to help us get back on our journey. We will no longer be in silence about our pain. But first we need to be as open about our feelings as we can.
