Where can I find FxCKD products?

As of now, we do not have a brick and mortar location. Our products can only be purchased online here, so hop to it! :)

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping here is easy. You can shop by browsing the 'Shop' section or directly search by product category. Once you have found an item, select your quantity and use the 'Add to bag' button underneath. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'Shopping bag' icon at the top of the page. You can add or delete products from your shopping 
bag. Click on 'Proceed to checkout' to complete your order.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless 'Sold out' is displayed directly over the 
image on the 'Shop' page. Please be aware that even if an item is in 
your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If you are subscribed to our newsletters, you will be informed when the items is back in stock. 

When do you restock your items?

There is no set time when each item is restocked. If you would like updates on when a specific item is restocked, you can sign up for notifications.

What is the fit like?

Our items fit true to size and we recommend sizing up for an oversized fit. If you would like the specific measurements, please visit the size guide here for further information. 


How do I track an order?

As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.

When will I recieve an order?

Shipping times take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. As a brand with a small team we ask for your patience.

I made a mistake with my order, can I modify it?

Send us an email over to info@getfxckd.com and we may be able to help you with your inquiry. 

You can modify your order up to 48hrs after purchase but we do ask that you read the description carefully to avoid mistakes.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes — but that the free shipping only applies for domestic (US) residents at this time.

What is your return policy?

At this time all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged (an absolutely rare circumstance), we want to know and to ensure we reach a prompt and helpful solution.

If your item arrives damaged, we will exchange the piece if you do the following:
Provide a photo of the damaged piece beside the packaging and sales receipt.
To qualify for an exchange, email us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged delivery, with the photo at info@getfxckd.com – please include your order number.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. 
Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the
specified delivery times.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in 
transit from FxCKD to the shipping address. Once your items have been 
delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no 
longer covered by insurance. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we 
recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when 
signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
