Return Policy

Only Exchanges are honored at this time for damaged items in transit.

Shipping and delivery

Priority shipping is only time from when we actually bring to post office and ship. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order.

Tracking information is sent when shipping label is created. The customer receives a delivery at his/her home through his/her postal service or the carrier. Contact us if your package hasn't arrived after a few weeks from getting notification.

Email us immediately with any updates to an address. We will do all that we can to accommodate your request.
